This Refund and Returns Policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for Leo Castle booking enquiries and confirmed stays.
1. Booking Nature
Leo Castle provides private villa stay services. Since bookings reserve specific dates, refunds depend on the cancellation timing, the booking status and any commitments already made for the stay.
2. Enquiry Stage
If you have only submitted an enquiry and have not paid an advance, no cancellation charge applies. You may simply inform us that you do not wish to proceed.
3. Confirmed Bookings
A booking is treated as confirmed once Leo Castle confirms availability and receives the required advance payment. Confirmed dates are blocked for the guest.
4. Cancellation by Guest
If a guest cancels after confirmation, refund eligibility will depend on how early the cancellation is requested and whether Leo Castle can rebook the same dates. Any bank/payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted.
5. Cancellation by Leo Castle
If Leo Castle is unable to honour a confirmed booking due to unavoidable property, safety or operational reasons, we will offer an alternate date where possible or process an eligible refund of the amount received.
6. No-show or Same-day Cancellation
No-show bookings and same-day cancellations may not be eligible for refund because the villa and services would have already been reserved.
7. Add-on Services
Food, BBQ, campfire, decoration, pickup/drop, sightseeing and other add-on services may have separate costs. Refunds for add-ons depend on whether arrangements have already been made with vendors or staff.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing time may vary based on banks and payment providers.
