Welcome to Leo Castle, a private villa stay in Kodaikanal. These Terms and Conditions explain the basic rules for enquiries, bookings, payments, guest conduct and use of our website.
1. Booking Enquiries
Submitting a booking enquiry through the website does not automatically confirm a stay. Our team will review the requested dates, guest count and services, then contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after Leo Castle confirms availability and receives the required advance payment. Until confirmation, dates may remain available to other guests.
3. Guest Details
Guests must provide accurate name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, stay dates, total guests and requested services. Leo Castle may request identity details at or before check-in as required for safety and record keeping.
4. Payments
Package amount, advance amount and balance amount will be communicated before confirmation. The balance amount must be paid as agreed with the Leo Castle team.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out timings will be shared during confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.
6. Property Use
Leo Castle is intended for peaceful private stays, family vacations, celebrations and group getaways. Guests are expected to use the property responsibly and avoid damage, nuisance, unlawful activity or disturbance to neighbours.
7. Guest Count and Services
The total number of guests must match the confirmed booking. Additional guests, food, BBQ, campfire, decoration, pickup/drop or sightseeing services may involve additional charges and must be approved in advance.
8. Damage and Responsibility
Guests are responsible for damage caused to the property, furniture, equipment or facilities during their stay. Leo Castle may request payment for repair or replacement where required.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund handling is explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. Refund eligibility depends on timing, booking status, advance paid and the nature of the cancellation.
10. Website Information
We try to keep website information accurate, including pricing, amenities, availability and services. Final availability and package details will be confirmed directly by the Leo Castle team.
